8:30 – 9:30 Topic #1: Effective E-Learning Programs

Many companies jumped on the e-learning bandwagon early just to be disappointed with the results.  It’s boring, ineffective, and not interactive are common concerns with the typical “canned safety training” provided by most computer based training providers.

This session will start by evaluating the pros and cons of computer based training. Afterwards we will review what it takes to tailor enjoyable and more importantly effective, e-learning courses for your workplace without breaking the bank!

This includes exploring a number of new e-learning techniques that are designed to engage students in the material. You will never think of e-learning the same after attending this session!
